The Manawatu Jazz Festival is delighted to present a concert by the extremely talented vocal group “Jazzin’ 3”. Madeleine, Cate and Eilidh are a vivacious trio of singers who have had extensive experience in the musical theatre world and are accomplished solo performers in their own right.
Introduced to the jazz genre in 2020, they have built a full and entertaining repertoire featuring jazz standards, some jazz-flavoured renditions of pop tunes and tunes borrowed from the library of artists such as The Puppini and Andrews Sisters. They have performed at various local jazz clubs and with the NZSM No.1 Big Band both in Palmerston North and Whanganui.
Special guests the “Palmy Sweethearts” an all-female saxophone combo.

Special guest includes guitarist Callum Allardice presents "Loud Jazz the music of John Scofield".
It does what it says on the box: unapologetically loud and dirty. Prepare yourself for lots of synth and slap bass; it’s Loud Jazz.
