Terms & Conditions of Sale
Bluecoat acts as the ticketing agent for the organisation that presents the work. Tickets are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Everyone attending a paid performance at Bluecoat and occupying a seat must hold a valid ticket for that performance.
- Children under the age of two (2) years will be admitted to performances free of charge on the condition that they do not occupy their own seat but are seated on the lap of their parent or guardian.
- Tickets cannot be refunded. Exchanges can only be made 24 hours prior to the currently ticketed performance. An exchange fee will apply.
- Late-comers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
- Photographic, film/video and sound recording of the performance is strictly prohibited.
- Food and drink are not permitted in the auditorium.
- Patrons are requested to turn off mobile phones/pagers before entering the auditorium.
- Patrons are required to conduct themselves in a way that will not interfere with the enjoyment of the performance by other patrons.
- The Management reserve the right at all times to request patrons who breach these requirements to leave the performance.
- Individual promoters may vary these conditions from time to time.
