Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Tickets sold for the Festival of Colour are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for that event, Southern Lakes Arts Festival Trust, and subject to the conditions applicable to that activity.
2. The Festival of Colour sells tickets for performances and events outside of the Festival of Colour. These performances and events may be presented by external producers and organisers.
3. Tickets are sold subject to availability and issued according to the best available.
4. Tickets are non-transferable between performances or events.
5. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except as required by law.
6. Ticket prices include GST. Credit card processing fees of 3% apply.
7. Performances at the Lake Wanaka Centre are allocated seating. All other performances are general admission.
8. Performances at the Lake Wanaka Centre have allocated seating with ticket price options of A/B/C Reserve. Allocated seating is available in the following areas: Tiered (A Reserve only), Mezzanine and Floor. All other events are general admission.
9. Some performances at the Lake Wanaka Centre have tickets available for Students; these are in the B and C Reserve only (no Student tickets available in A Reserve)
10. The use of mobile telephones or other similar devices is not permitted during shows. The use of cameras or other recording devices is strictly prohibited.
11. We reserve the right to admit latecomers only at a suitable point in the performance. If other conditions apply they are displayed at the Box Office or at the entrance to the venue.
12. If a show is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded; transaction fees are non-refundable.
13. Each person, including children, must have a relevant ticket to gain entry to a performance.
14. There are no refunds or exchanges on lost, damaged or stolen tickets.
15. Door sale allocations are available for performances not already a sell-out. Door sales, when available, will be on sale at the venue 30 minutes prior to the performance.
16. Disabled access is available to all venues. For further information contact the Festival Office on 03 443 4172. If you require assistance please contact us in advance.
17. Donations are paid in full to the Festival of Colour, minus credit card charges.
19. If a performance is a sell-out, we do offer a ticket exchange board just prior to and during the Festival, for buying and selling tickets. This is located in the Lake Wanaka Centre from 22nd March 2023. Please note the Festival of Colour is not responsible for any exchanges between third parties. Occasionally additional tickets are released, the details of which are emailed through our newsletter.
20. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic there may be conditions and restrictions for the performance; these will be communicated via the email address used to purchase the tickets.
