Once a venue and a production are set-up the booking of a seat to any performance is done 'Point-and-click' directly on the performance seating-plan. Bookings to multiple performances across multiple productions can be made within the same sale. The Patron is identified at the time of the booking if known to the system, or added quickly if not. And because the seating plan is colour coded you can see at a glance: Available seats, Sold, Booked but unpaid for, or seats Held for any reason, such as 'house' seats.

The system allows for as many Productions to be booked for as computing resource permits, while performances can be as many or as few as required; up to three Performances of the same Production per day, all automatically generated by the system, with as many additional performances able to be added as needed. The seating plan can easily be modified for any particular production requirements.

As well as detailed contact information on each patron, the system allows for a complete booking history along with some demographic attributes to be captured on individual patrons. There are also many user-defined options for identifying any patron as unique. These could be used for example, to highlight members who are part of any 'friends' organisation. There are also a number of ways to group patrons for marketing analysis depending on the needs of the organisation.

The system allows there to be as many venues as there is the computing space for, while allowing the set-up of the seating plans to be done simply, graphically, and entirely by the system administrator. The venues can be as simple as a small general admittance location to a large-scale multi-tier seating one.

There are over 50 reports available, covering everything from Production and Performance statistics to Operator shifts; Patron types to Takings analysis. All reports can be printed to the screen or a printer.
