Subscriptions Management

For those organisations that provide, or want to provide, booking options to multiple productions, there is a complete subscription module. Subscriptions cater for productions in different venues, and of variable production numbers. This module also integrates with the system such that 'Subscriber' becomes an attribute of a Patron and is displayed whenever they make a booking.

Marketing Module

This module provides a comprehensive view of any contact from within the booking system, with regard to associating them with a wide variety of target groups. This can be used for the purposes of direct mail; more detailed demographic analysis; and key contact maintenance. Because the database is integrated to the Booking System the same contacts have their booking history updated at the same time, giving added value to both target marketing and patron analysis.

This module also has a 'Sponsor' component designed for assisting in the management of Sponsorships. This records the level and nature of the sponsorship, as well as provides for recording the contact history with the Sponsor.

Monitor

This is a useful little utility that is available for monitoring 'seats sold' and/or 'seats available' to any performance. The booking system is not required to be running on the PC that the Monitor is on, which can be set to automatically update every few minutes, or on demand. It can also display 'season-to-date' and full season as numbers or percentages.

Designed for say the General Manager or Stage Manager to quickly see the status of bookings without needing the full Booking System running.

Internet Bookings Module

This option provides for Real-Time bookings to be made to the PatronBase database from the World Wide Web. Seats are allocated based on a priority selection process that your organisation establishes for each venue or production. This process is designed so as there will not be singles left in a row. Payment is automated through a secure process from the Web. Tickets are then printed at your venue and can either be mailed out or held for collection.

Note: A permanent connection to the Internet is required for this module.

Support Organisations

This option provides a way of managing a 'Friends' organisation with regard to Mail outs; Subscriptions maintenance; and volunteer services. This module is integrated to the Booking System which means that patronage by Friends can be analysed, it also means that the supporter can be identified as such at the time of a booking should there be any privileges available.

Venue Manager

If you need to manage rooms or spaces other than your main performing venue, such as rehearsal spaces, or rooms that are for hire, then this module will be of value. The Venue Manager Module integrates with the Booking Module so that bookings and venues made there are reflected in the calendar and booking views. In addition rooms and spaces can be pencilled for a booking, confirmed, booked. A history of the changing status history is preserved. Spaces can be charged and payments recorded; the number of patrons attending the room recorded; and staff members assigned to the Room. Invoice layouts can be generated from charges, and exported to custom formatted layouts. Sales generated in this module are reflected in the sales history for the hirer as well as in the Booking Module.
